Engle (l) (Director of Auxiliary - Coast Guard Fifth District, Southern Region, Portsmouth, VA), reads a citation, while presenting the US Coast Guard Auxiliary Achievement Medal to Russ Magnuson (r) Division 25 (Potomac Guardian Division), during its inaugural Change of Watch and Awards Banquet, held at the Army-Navy Country Club. The Division, formed January 1, 2009, was the result of the combination of Auxiliary Divisions 2 and 14, to better align with Coast Guard Sector Baltimore’s recent reorganization.
