WASHINGTON, DC (Jan. 20, 2005) Braving frigid temperatures in the teens, with wind-chills of zero-degrees, 58 Coast Guard Auxiliarists augmented Coast Guard Station Washington, DC, during Presidential Inauguration events over a nine day period.
