Prince William County Police Department spokesperson Police Officer Erika Hernandez confirmed today, that a 19-year old motorist was arrested and charged yesterday, with wreckless driving and racing on a highway, that resulted in a crash that injured five people on Monday night. Occoquan-Woodbridge-Lorton (OWL) Volunteer Fire and Rescue units were joined at the scene by Fairfax County Police Department; Prince William County Police Department and Virginia State Police personnel, to render aid and investigate the incident.
